The SightSol Growth System.
Every project, whether it is a campaign, a website, a store, an app or a piece of software, follows the same four stages. You always know where you are, what you will receive, and how we will measure it.
Measure before you spend
We agree what success looks like and how it is counted before campaigns or builds begin.
One plan across the work
Search, ads, the website, the store and the software are planned together.
Say what happened
Plain reports on what changed, what it cost and what it earned.
Four stages, in order.
Scroll through each stage. The picture changes to show what happens.
Measure
We find out how visitors become customers today: where they come from, where they leave, and what a customer is worth. Then we fix the tracking so every later result can be trusted.
- Goals and conversions defined
- Tracking reviewed and repaired
- Baseline recorded for comparison
Build
We build or improve what customers use: websites, stores, apps, integrations and automations. Speed, clarity and measurability are requirements, not extras.
- Written scope before work starts
- Working versions reviewed along the way
- Tracking built in and tested
Grow
Search, paid media and content bring the right people to what we have built. Channels are planned together so they support each other instead of competing.
- Channel plan and budget split
- Campaigns and content launched in stages
- Follow-up so enquiries are not lost
Improve
Regular reviews compare results with the baseline. We keep what works, change what does not, and explain each change in plain language.
- One change at a time, so learning is clear
- Reports on cost, results and next steps
- The plan updated, then the loop repeats
Where each service fits.
Every service touches more than one stage. This is where the weight usually sits.
| Service | Measure | Build | Grow | Improve |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SEO | Audit and baseline | Technical and on-page fixes | Content and authority | Reporting and refinement |
| Google Ads and PPC | Conversion tracking | Campaigns and landing pages | Search demand captured | Search-term and budget reviews |
| Meta Ads | Pixel and server-side events | Creative and audiences | Reach and lead flows | Creative and audience tests |
| Shopify and WooCommerce | Funnel analysis | Store build and checkout | Feeds, SEO and ads | Conversion improvements |
| WordPress | Speed and structure review | Design and development | Search-ready launch | Care and improvement |
| Mobile apps | Users and goals | Design and build | Release and promotion | Usage-led updates |
| Technology and AI automation | Systems map and baseline | Integrations and software | Time and capacity freed | Monitoring and refinement |
A typical rhythm.
Timelines depend on the work. The order does not change.
- Discovery callGoals, markets, and what has been tried.
- Review and baselineWhat exists today, and how it performs.
- Plan and scopeA written plan, price and timeline for approval.
- Build and launchWork delivered in stages, tested before go-live.
- Review cycleRegular reports, then the next set of changes.
What stays the same.
- A written scope before any work starts
- Tracking agreed and tested before spend
- One person responsible for each deliverable
- Plain-language reports, not jargon
- Your accounts and data stay accessible to you
- Honest advice, including when we recommend doing less
Questions about the method.
Do I have to use every stage?
No. Some projects start at Build, such as a new website, and some at Grow, such as a campaign. We still check the baseline first, because it decides what success means.
Why measure first?
Without a baseline you cannot tell whether anything worked. Tracking that is wrong makes every later decision wrong too.
How long does each stage take?
It depends on the work. Every project has a written scope with timings agreed before it starts.
Is the method the same in every market?
The stages are the same. Currency, tax, privacy rules, search behaviour and time zones change what we plan inside each stage.
