From no online bookings to steady London work

Challenge

Knightline is a luxury chauffeur company based in Croydon, serving clients across London with executive, corporate, airport and special-event travel. Its fleet includes the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Phantom, so the website has to look as premium as the cars.

Most customers now expect to get a price and book a chauffeur online without phoning around. For Knightline, that meant the chauffeur booking website had to do real work: calculate journeys by distance or time, take payment, and confirm bookings without manual follow-up.

Parts of the booking journey needed fixing before any advertising made sense. Distance-based quotes depended on Google Maps services that had to be set up correctly, and payments needed to be taken in full before a booking was confirmed, so the team was not chasing unpaid rides.

Objectives

  • A premium website that matches a luxury chauffeur brand and works well on mobile
  • A chauffeur booking website that quotes by distance or by the hour and takes bookings day and night
  • Full payment through Stripe before a booking is confirmed
  • Paid campaigns that send London and international travellers to the booking form and WhatsApp
  • A maintained, secure site, plus an active Google Business Profile and social media

Strategy

We fixed the booking journey first, then sent traffic to it. Advertising a chauffeur booking website that drops bookings or fails at payment wastes the budget, so every step from quote to confirmation was checked before campaigns went live.

Once quotes and payments worked end to end, we added demand. Google Ads search campaigns reach people already looking for a chauffeur, including travellers planning trips to London from abroad. A Meta Ads campaign reaches people in London and starts conversations on WhatsApp, which many customers prefer for quick questions about cars and prices.

Behind both channels, the Google Business Profile and social media keep Knightline visible to people who look the company up before they book.

We also kept the site fast and simple to use on a phone. Many bookings are made on the move, at an airport or between meetings, so the booking form, prices and contact options are easy to reach on a small screen. Clear service pages explain what is included in each type of journey, from airport transfers to special events, so customers know what they are booking before they pay. Regular maintenance keeps plugins, payments and maps working, because a chauffeur booking website that breaks quietly can lose bookings for days before anyone notices.

Implementation

What the chauffeur booking website includes

  • Website built on WordPress with Elementor, including a refreshed homepage and pages for executive, corporate, airport and special-event travel
  • Online booking with distance and hourly pricing, minimum booking times and defined service zones
  • Google Maps Platform setup for address search, route distance and journey time
  • Stripe payments, so rides are paid in full before they are confirmed
  • Monthly maintenance covering updates, fixes and content changes

Bringing in bookings

  • Google Ads search campaigns for people searching for chauffeur services in London, including international travellers
  • A Meta Ads campaign targeting London, with WhatsApp conversations as the goal
  • WhatsApp click-to-chat on the website, so visitors can ask questions before booking
  • Social media management and Google Business Profile optimisation

What other chauffeur companies can take from this

A chauffeur booking website only pays for itself when every step works: the quote, the payment and the confirmation. Fixing those first means each pound spent on Google Ads or Meta Ads has a real chance of turning into a paid booking, instead of an abandoned form.

Results

Where Knightline started

Before this project, Knightline had no working way to take bookings online and no advertising bringing in new customers.

Where they are now

We built the chauffeur booking website, set up online payments and launched Google Ads and Meta Ads. Customers can now find Knightline, see a price and book a ride in a few minutes, and the business is getting steady chauffeur work across London.
