Challenge
Luxe Meubles sells furniture to customers in Île-de-France, the region around Paris. Its range includes corner and modular sofas, storage beds, dining tables and complete living room sets.
Furniture is a considered purchase. Buyers want to see the product, check sizes and colours, and ask about delivery before they order. Many prefer to ask these questions on WhatsApp rather than by email.
The store also needed its advertising to stay inside its delivery area. Furniture store Meta Ads can easily drift outside the target region when automatic audience expansion is switched on, which wastes budget on people the store cannot serve.
Selling furniture online is harder than selling smaller items. Customers want to see colours, fabrics and sizes clearly before they spend, and many still like to ask questions first. For a furniture store, Meta Ads need to do more than get clicks: they have to show the product well enough that people feel confident visiting the store and taking the next step.
Objectives
- An online store that shows the full range with clear prices
- Furniture store Meta Ads in French that reach buyers in Île-de-France
- WhatsApp conversations that answer questions and lead to orders
- Consistent social media and a Google Business Profile
The aim was a clear path from ad to store: people should see a piece they like on Facebook or Instagram, land on the matching product, and find it easy to ask a question or place an order. Reporting was set up so the team could see which ads and products drew the most interest.
Strategy
We focused the advertising on the products customers ask about most, starting with corner and modular sofas, and on the store’s practical strengths, such as delivery and assembly in Île-de-France.
Ads send people to WhatsApp or to the online store. A prepared WhatsApp chat flow answers common questions about sizes, colours and delivery, and follow-up messages help turn conversations into orders.
Audience settings were kept tight, so the furniture store Meta Ads reach people within the delivery area rather than across the whole of France.
Product choice in the ads matters. Furniture is a considered purchase, so the ads lead with pieces that photograph well and show the quality of materials up close. Carousel ads show several products or colours at once, which lets people compare styles without leaving the feed. The online store then gives them somewhere to browse the full range, check sizes and finishes, and get in touch before they buy.

- Kept targeting focused on Île-de-France

What other furniture retailers can take from this
Furniture buyers rarely order from a single ad. They browse, compare and ask questions first. Furniture store Meta Ads work best when they lead to a real conversation, on WhatsApp or in the store, and when targeting stays within the area the business can actually deliver to.
Audiences were built around people interested in home decoration and interior design in and around Paris, with separate retargeting for people who had already visited the store or engaged with posts. This keeps spend focused on shoppers who are actually planning a purchase, and gives returning visitors a reminder of the pieces they looked at.
Results
Where Luxe Meubles started
Luxe Meubles started with no online store, no advertising and no social media presence, so customers in the Paris region had no way to discover the furniture online.
Where they are now
We built the online store, the social media pages, the WhatsApp sales flow and the furniture store Meta Ads campaigns from zero. Luxe Meubles now gets regular enquiries and orders from customers across Île-de-France.
